No communication to the scan tool?

no communication to the scan tool. i have power to the obd2 port, just no communication to the scan tool. i cant find any info to help on the inter web.

Did you try the scanner in another car to see if it works?

You should check the grounds (2) of the connector as well, here is a guide to help and the OBD2 port wiring diagrams so you can see how it works and which wires to test. Test the black and blk/wht wires for ground. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
