How quick will the fuse blow? It is either a shorted wire or a bad air conditioner compressor/clutch.

The fuse will last for about three to four minutes. I did not time it but it lasted some where around there.

Air conditioner compressor. When I replace the fuse the clutch engages until the fuse blows.

If the wires to the compressor aren't shorted to ground then you probably have a bad air conditioner compressor clutch or air conditioner compressor itself.
