Not getting any fuel, no check engine light

I replaced pump filter, computer and relay. Still no fuel. Used obd2 scanner and get no link. Check engine light is not on.

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included a full description of how your fuel system works as well as a wiring diagram of your vehicle's fuel pump circuit. With you having your multi-meter ready to measure the voltage at pin #5 of the circuit opening relay could you have an assistant turn your vehicle's ignition key to "run". Please get back to us with what your measurement is. You will have to use a multi-meter so I have also included this link below if you are unfamiliar with how to use a multi-meter.
