New master cylinder
New brake booster
New brake calipers
New brake lines (copper lines)

It was brought to us with the lines and calipers already changed.
We changed the booster and the master cylinder.

Bled all the brakes bleed the master cylinder and when we start the truck and push the brake it goes to the floor.

What do we need to do?

Good morning,

Did you do the automated ABS brake bleeding procedure? This has to be done. You may have air trapped in the ABS unit.

I posted the procedure below for you to try.

Try this procedure and let me know if it helps. If not then we have to look somewhere else for the reason.

Roy

I cannot hook a scan tool to this truck.

2 reasons why.

1) I don't have the scan tool.

2) The trucks wires that go to the hook up spot for a scan tool has been cut. It wont work. I cant hook a scan tool to it even if I had one.

There is no other way to bleed the ABS at all.

You may want to consider removing the ABS unit completely in order to get the pedal back.

Okay, I attached the procedure for removing it.

You will have to connect the lines from the master to the lines to the wheels. One portion of the master goes to the left front and right rear. The other line goes to the right front and left rear.

I would seriously look at having the harness repaired for the ALDL connector and having someone with a scan tool do the bleeding for you. I attached the diagram of the connector with the wire colors for you to repair.

I did exactly what you said except, it only had 2 lines one coming out of the master cylinder to the ABS and the other was from the ABS to the back brakes.

These lines one comes down to a block from a master cylinder to the front wheels.
The other line comes down to a block and then goes to the back wheels.
It's got drum brakes on the back.

You would need to put them together. Then you need to bleed the system of all air.

Did you try this?

Okay, use vice grips and clamp off the brake hoses on all the wheels and see if you have a pedal.

If you do, it is something at the wheels. Release one pair of vice grips at a time until you lose the pedal.

If it does not, it is the master cylinder.
