I turned my truck on and no air is coming out of the vents at all. Also, it is making a weird sound as if I can hear it changing gears when I turn the knob to change the type of fan. Weirdly enough five minutes later my radio turned off but then turned back on one minute later. Someone please help I do not know what it is and it is minus thirty degrees out and I need heat to drive.

Check your fuse and relays.

Check for a vacuum leak or one of the motors with a line off/not working. Also check for blown fuses and blend/recirculation doors not getting power or working. Try pulling HVAC fuse with key on for sixty seconds may reset actuators as well.
