I recently got a Chilton and my check engine light is on. I was looking up information about why the light may be on. There is a reference to being able to determine the code by using a diagnostic tool on the PCM, but nowhere in the Chilton does it explain where this PCM is located. Can you tell me where I would find this thing? Thanks.

use an OBDII reader, if that wont communicate some Nissans in the early 2000's still used their proprietary connector located next to the fuse block
