Why does my truck surge

1997 Nissan Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Once my truck warms up and you give it gas while it is in neutral it surges almost like it is out of gas, but it idles fine.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up?

Check the fuel pressure and comeback with the pressure readings this is where we start. You can try the throttle position sensor for a start.

Changed that and still doing it.

Assuming you have the same truck listed in the heading, we need to start with fuel pressure. I would suggest starting a new post with your specific vehicle info and issue and we can address it because this original post was from over 10 years ago. Thanks
