1990 Nissan Truck what to do, what to do?

Hi there my name is sam and I luv my lil truck. Just wanted to know if it's posible to put a 90' kae series( fuel injected) motor and tranny into a 89' nap-z series truck. I picked up the 1990 truck for 100.00 $ and have definnetly gotten my moneys worth, after a few repairs. I luv this truck and have put in about 1000 $ into it. Runs great! Then I came across a 89' that had a blown head gasket. I was board and decided to take it not even knowing how much work it would really be :) but I did it and it now runs again. Would I be able to put the fuel injected motor in the 89? It's in alot better shape then the 90' and if so can I swap the 4 speed with the 5 speed aswell?

I could be wrong here but this is what you need to consider when switching engine and add fuel injection
the wiring harness, computers and sensors to run it
it may fit but not run
