1987 Nissan Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive

HELP, I'm about to rip my interior door panel off because I can't figure out how to release the door handle. Can someone tell me how?

Hi there,

I am sure that there is a wire clip behind the handle on this one, there is a cheap general purpose tool that will remove it, you and dislodge it with a rag, locate the bottom of the clip and use a rag to dislodge it see how you go.

If your talking about the window handle, I've allready got that off. Is there a clip behind it also?

Sorry,

my mistake, I was thinking the window handle as that is what many have a problem with, I will have to look at a pic so I can see how it works, there are so may ways they attach but once I see it I will know, now just to find one to view, Mitchell 1 doesn't describe this operation.

That was my problem also, my Chilton book does not tell me how just to remove it. Thanks for your help, sorry it's taking so much of your time.
