I HAVE THE Z24 MOTOR WHEN I PUSH DOWN ON THE GAS IT BOGS DOWN, THEN PULL OUT OF GEAR AND IT CATCHES BACK UP.I TOOK THE BREATHER OFF AND WHEN I REAVE IT UP, IT SPRAYS GAS OUT THE HARD BODY CARBURETOR FLUDS, THEN CATCHES BACK UP AND RUNS ON IDLE, ROUGH IDLE THOUGH. COULD ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE. THANX

Check the fuel pressure make sure its within specs-
