I have nissan sentra GXE with 60K made in 1999
I have two problems.

One, what is the name of the part shown at the picture? I need to replace it new one. Is it hard to replace it?

Two, I have a problem with controlling the power window. the window would roll down but not back up. But, if you held the switch about half down it would roll back up, but bouncy. What I mean by this is that it would come up a little, stop, come up a little, stop, etc..until it was all the way up.
I studies the reason. most of all suggested that it is the problem with generator and motor. How much it would cost to fix it?

First, rear lamp assembly is the closest I've ever gotten when replacing those for getting the right part. Then you get corrected with the "you mean tail lights" and then you go show them and ask what they would call it; which is usually followed by "uh."

But for the window, it could be the gear on the motor; which means new motor(expensive) or it could have a part of the window regulator that is out of sync. Both options are slightly labor intensive and that will bring up the bill in either case, but if you feel capable of tearing the door apart them that can possibly save you a little coin in the long run.
