The door is closed and in order to fix it I need to get it open. I have the access panel off on the inside but even manually I can not unlatch the door. Is there a way to open the latch any other way? Thank you

Removing the door panel is the difficult part when the door will not open. Here is a guide that will help with removing it for those that may view this site as you clearly don't need this at this point:

Once the door panel is off, it is necessary to manually move the latch. If yours is not moving then it is stuck most likely due to dirt and debris. So we need to soak it with a penetrating oil and slowly start working it back and forth until it lets go.

We need to use the interior door handle to help with leverage but don't pull too hard. Just work it slowly and all that oil to start working on getting it loose.

I attached the diagram below showing the latch which will show that the rod on the top is what needs to start working back and forth to open the door.

Please run through this and let us know what you find.

Thanks
