We replaced altenator and battery in 96 Nissan Sentra
Car start when jumped but shuts off when jumper cables are removed. Any ideas as to what to look for?

Or shuts down a few seconds later when jumper cables removed.

It stays running because its being powered by the giver(the other car). Recommend you inspect, clean and test every connections from the battery positve terminal to starter, from battery negative to engine and engine to firewall to include firm connection behind the Alty
