When I have the car started and moving I have great heat. When I am stopped or idiling I have very little to virtually no heat. I have had the thermostat changed, the rad flushed and the head gasket checked but nothing. Do you have any ideas?

Did you check the water pump. Sounds like a water pump problem. While cold, remove rad cap, start engine and watch, as engine warms up you should see water flow.

Is the water pump hard to replace in a 2001 Sentra? I was looking for a manual or something on the net and couldn't find anything. Any ideas or info you have is greatly appreciated. Thanks
