Hi my boyfriend's crar slid into a curb last week and his front wheel hit his tire and rim had to be replaced but when he started to drive it he found out that the tire rubs on the body of the car right above it I have been told it could be a couple of different things I was just wondering what you might think it would be

If the tire is rubbing the car, either he bent the strut tower or other steering component. Also, has he had the alignment checked? Can you tell me exactly where it is rubbing? (Picture?)
