2001 Nissan Sentra 177000 miles

When I get up in the morning to leave for work, I start the car, no problem. Once I start to leave, its almost like someone is holding the car back. I push farthur down on the gas oetal and it hesitates, hesitates, hesitates and then suddenly it goes. It only does it when I first start to go somewhere, then it doesnt do it again until I have parked and it has sat a while. Any ideas? Spark plugs maybe?

I would not point at the spark plugs for this symptom. This is a fuel problem I do believe. I suggest replacing your vehicle's fuel filter and cleaning out the fuel system with some fuel injection cleaner and fuel treatment on your next fill up of gasoline. Let that run through the system properly (read directions of bottles carefully) and then refill and see how it performs. Let me know.
