I have a 1999 Nissan Sentra SE with 192K miles. It's been a great car. The Blue Book is somewhere in the range of $2200.

I have a $1300 repair bill pending -- I need to replace all 4 rotors and the driveshafts. But the engine has been great. Is it worth the investment with such a great engine, or are these problems perhaps an indication that the rest of the chassis is going to start falling apart? (I also had to fix a CV joint about 8 months ago).

Replace the rotors and not the pads? Sounds odd. Why both driveshafts? Also odd.

You do know that the CV joint is part of the driveshaft.
Why wasn't one done then. Sounds pretty expensive if I understand you right.
