I have a Nissan Sentra 5 speed 1998- I left the headlights on and killed my battery but got it home and put it on charge. It starts up and runs great but now I have no speedometer, turning lights, brake lights, heat, radio or interior lights. I have headlights and a horn. I checked all the fuses but they all looked fine- the only one that was weird was the A/C comp fuse by the battery, which was corroded and broke off, but I've been told that this has nothing to do with the above problem.

I would repair the fuse that is corroded or damaged even though it is for a/c could be supplied in same power circuit. If this don't repair the prob. Disconnect the neg cable for 5 mins reconnect possibly will reset
