1997 Nissan Sentra Car will not start

I just had a tune-up and now my car will not start. I noticed some oil around the engine. Could this be the problem for the car not starting

Hello,

Ok, did you or a garage do the tune up?

How much oil a little a lot inbetween?

Also, does the vehicle turn over and just won't run?
