I need to know how to adjust the air pollution pump.I dont se any way to put tension on the belt.Can you help me

I dont se any way to put tension on the belt.Can you help me. You don't have an air injection pump-what you have is an air injection valve unit operates on exhaust valve pulses to oxidize the exhaust gases.
