I recently replaced my spark plugs, and now it idles rough like its missing on one cylinder

It could be. Pull the plugs one at a time, make sure the gap is set at.04" +/-.004". Also make sure that the plug wires are making good connection, not cut or splits pin the cable. Check the distributor cap and rotor to be tight and not corroded.
