I have an 2005 sentra 1.8L with 100,000 miles. Recently, it started idleling ruff only in the morning and when its cold. The car's computer gives a PO300. I replaced the spark plugs, cam sensor, and exchanged coils on all four pistons but the car still idles bad. The car does not return a complete O2 test cycle. If it was the O2 sensor wouldnt the car specify specificlly that code. Can you please direct me in the right direction?

Yes it may or may not throw a code for the o2 sensor, depending on how bad it is, if its just a little "lazy" then it wont. But po300 is multiple misfire, can mean some other things too. Like a leaking intake manifold gasket, a filthy air filter can do it, a bad or dirty egr valve will do it. Even a bad pcv valve, check these items first. Starting with the airfilter, then pcv valve
