1991 Nissan Sentra car will not start

My daughter's Sentra will not start, it started yesterday but only made it about a mile before it died. We replaced the starter about a year ago, checked the alternator, it;s good, new battery, lights will go on but the car will not turn over or even click?
I am stumped.

Check and test all the fusible links, fuse D 10amp, Inhibitor relay, Inhibitor switch and ignition switch-See below Starting EWD
