The automatic seat belt's not working on both sides. Is there a fuse some where that I cannot find?

remove the dash panel to the left of the steering wheel. You should see 4 relays. The second from the left is a blue accessory relay, this controls the automatic seatbelts. If it's working correctly then you may have a bad seatbelt control unit. The control unit is behind the center column below the radio.
