1999 Nissan Quest No spark

The van was run out of gas. The fuel pump failed and the starter was fried. The starter, fuel pump and filter were replaced. Now there is no spark. The engine turns over and I can hear the fuel pump working. I checked to make sure the fuel cutoff button was reset.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
