My Pathfinder bogs down, is "herky-jerkey when I try to pass or, climb a hill. I have replaced the plugs, plug wires, Distributer cap and fuel filter. NO IMPROVEMENT. This happens ONLY when the car is warmed up. When cold, it runs perfectly/

You have a lean condition when the computer goes into open loop. It may be a lazy O2 sensor. Have it scanned for O2 voltage in open loop. Good luck
