I have a few repetitive tickings in the engine block. Should I adjust the valve lifters?

Sincerely,

Those are hydraulic lifters and dont require adjusyment. If you have a valve ticking (fast tick) then you most likely have a lifter that has gone away. Do you have any oil pressure issues? Like warning lights or generally low pressure on the gauge (if equipped). If not then it may just be a lifter gone bad, it happens.
