The Pathfinder has began running very over the last couple of days. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. It runs very rough and has a hard time accelerating. I also checked the vaccuum hoses and found one that was broken. I repaired the hose but that didn't make a difference.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
