1989 Nissan Pathfinder Engine oil leak

I have detected an engine oil leak but am unable to locate where oil is coming from. It is coming down the side of the engine block from behind the starter motor.
It appears when engine has been running for about 5 mins.

Try tightening down the valve cover that don't help replace the valve cover gasket.
