Sir, I have Nissan Sunny 1.0 LX, 1986 with E10 type engine and have done 150,000 KM. It was ok with traditional spark plugs, and the Co was within normal range. The trouble started when I put BOSCH Platinum 2 spark plugs. The plugs become black with carbon, before it was brown. On analyser test, it is ok at idle state, but the Co jumps to above 12 when RPM increases, and the fuel consumption is also incresased. One said it is the Platinum 2 spark pluge, as it needs more air to burn the more fuel which cannot be provided by the original intake.
What is your opinion.

Use the OEM spark plugs and comeback and we'll discuss the partly burn gases call CO-carbon monoxide.

Could be an oxygen sensor or the Cat

The problem here is you're burning fuel with less O2.

Now I have traditonal single pin spark plugs, the smoke has increased, with certainly more fuel.
What should I do now.

Check the Coolant temperature and Oxygen sensors/injectors

The coolant remains at cold stage, other function of carburator is ok, but I still got small amount of smoke at spark plugs.
