Car wont start

After stopping car we smell a burning odor under the steering. All fuses were checked found one broken fuse under steering. Replace fuse and engine continues to turn over but still wont start. Ignition on dashboard doesn't come on likewise radio and horn. What could be the problem.

Try disconnecting a plugwire and ground it to the engine while cranking it over-Do you have spark? If not troubleshoot the ignition system till you have spark and then comeback.
