2005 Other Nissan Models replacing wiper blade

I purchased a replacement rear windshield wiper blade from my local nissan dealers' parts department but, the manual gives no instructions on how to replace the blade.
I need some direction on how to replace the blade without damaging the unit.

What model is your Nissan? As far as I know, Nissan use 2 different kinds of connectors.

It's a 2005 Nissan Murano S All Wheel Drive.
Clearance is minimal between the window and the arm.
