1998 Other Nissan Models heater resistor/heated rear window

Hi
I have a 1998 Micra, the blower only works on full. I have been told it may be the resistor that needs replacing. Where is the resistor located?
The heated rear window switch no longer works, I have changed the fuse and it blew straght away. Could it be the switch that needs replacing?
I would be grateful for any feedback it would be much appreciated. Many thanks Martin.

The resistor is located on the heater blower unit and check the wiring for the rear defrost !
