Every time I push on the gas the car hesitates at first then drive fine. But every stop, once I press the gas the same thing. My girlfriend just bought this car about a month ago the problem was not as bad at first but it has done this since purchesed. But only getting worse. HELP?

Check out the usual things related to a tune-up first, i.E.
Spark plugs, worn distributor cap, timing, etc. Also try a
bottle of concentrated injector cleaner in the tank a take
it for a good run on the highway. I do this about every
six months and it usually evens out a rough engine. Also
keep your oil and filter changed on a regular basis, it helps keep the internals clean and helps with gas
mileage.
