Car Stalling

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE, 3.0 engine with approx 123,000 miles. When I start my car in the morning or on a cold start it will "miss" or cut off 5 - 10 times until the car reaches normal operating temperatures. When I carry my car to a nissan dealer the only code that they find in a code for catalyic converter which is p0430, then they inform me that wouldn't cause it to cut off.

Have the coolant temperature sensor, idle air control valve, and fuel pressure check and comeback.

The best time to catch it when it refuses to start is to check for spark and fuel one of this will end up missing or could be both depends on the situation.
