Late model Maximas including yours do not use timing belt. It has a timing chain instead, thus it does not require periodic replacement like belts.

For reference, car with timng belts used to have a recommended replacement time of around 60-90 thousand miles. Newer cars have a much better belt life time, thus if you looked at current new cars most of them now recommend replacement period of around 100-120000 miles.
