My 2003 Nissan Maxima had a collision damage in the driver's side wheel. I had to replace all the suspension, Wheel, CV axle, rotor, and lower control arm. Then the car was ready and I toked it for a test drive, I noticed that when I hit 50MPH or more the car started vibrating extremely bad, you could not exceed that speed. If felt like if the car was jumping on the road. So I decided to take it to BIG O TIRES and do an alignment and also balanced the tires. The car keeps on doing the same thing. Could someone PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU

Your car is unsafe to drive and you need a COMPETENT repair shop to fix it. Whoever did the repair replacing those components did not do a good job, and perhaps some other components in the suspension is damaged and not yet replaced. Don't drive it for too much longer until these problems are taken care off. I doubt if anyone on this forum can give you a definitive fix. For your safety reason please get to a reputable repair/body shop and have them check ALL suspension components, and ensure that the car frame (unibody) is square. Good luck.
