Hello

i have a 03 maxima se that doesnt go over 130 the car stops accelerating after 130 is there anything I can do to fix it.

130 mph? Why do you need to go faster than that? The short answer is no, it probably won't go faster than that.

The car has speed limiter chip on it is it possible to take it out

All cars normally have speed limiters. Its a failsafe. You can't take it out. Sometimes if you have performance software then you can disable it.
