2003 Maxima with 23K- engine pinging

I have 2003 maxima with 23K, I have been useing 93 gas for the past 2 years. But so how my engin is pinging and I have no idea what should o to get rid of it, Thank you

Its got a bad case of an EGR problem or its knock sensor-also could be the engine is overheating or sparkplug wrong heat range-
