TCS, and SLIP dash warning lights intermitenly coming on. There is a TCS off switch on dash, but does not shut off or change anything when press switch. When lights come on car starts sputtering, and has rotton egg smell. The brakes also act up or don't function properly when lights come on. The brakes seem to be wobbling, or the caliper on the front end, when car moving. When step on brake pedal steering wheel shimmies and brakes sound like dragging. I am in process of changing rear brake pads now. Checked rear pads and right rear has uneven pad wear.

You have more than one issue here.

First, the rotten egg smell is your catalytic converter. It's bad and needs replacing. But before you do that, you must find out if something caused it to go bad other than normal aging. (Lean/Rich fuel, Ingnition misfire, etc.)

As for the warning lights on the dash, you should have your computer scanned. It isn't necessary to guess when the computer will tell you exactly what's going on.

Your "wobbling wheel" is probably a bad rotor or hub, though a bent wheel can also cause this wobbling, but this will occure when brakes are NOT applied.

The shimmie you feel when you do apply the brakes is caused by either a bad rotor, uneven pad wear, sticking caliper piston.
