My car drives very bumpy and feels like the left tire is bad. Took it to a mechanic they said it was the struts so I got those replaced and the tires. But it still rides like the left tire is bad and when I turn it makes a scrubbing noise? Are my wheels bad because my brakes got replaced 3 months ago? What could it be?

Hi kpmax2001,

Bad struts will cause the tires to wear unevenly so the noise could be due to the tire.

Replacement of brakes won't cause the tires to go bad. Scrubbing could be due to tires scraping against body or fender liner, you need to check to confirm.

If could be the caliper backing/cooling plate too near rotor.
