I have the same two codes, P0325 and P1445, on my 1996 Maxima. No problem with brake lights or idiot lights on the dashboard, though.

From the Haynes repair manual, P0325 is a "knock sensor or circuit fault". Try "Maxima knock sensor" on eBay for a visual, and then look under the intake manifold from the driver's side. Follow the cable back to the disconnect to the right of the intake manifold. Unplug there and test resistance between the two pins. No continuity means the sensor is bad (like mine is). Standard procedure says to remove the upper and lower intake manifolds, which is very painful. Some folks found an easier way -- see

The P1445 is the "EVAP canister purge volume control valve or circuit fault". This valve is easy to find, on top just behind the intake manifold. Unplug and test the resistances; see under "DTC P0440", starting with step 2. Electrically, mine is OK, but I need to dig deeper.

I'll post later once I know more. Anyone else out there with experience on these?
