1991 Nissan Maxima Nissan Maxima running rough

I have a 91 maxima. It started running rough a few weeks ago. I changed plugs and noticed that the #3 plug looked as if it had not fired. All the others had a grayish deposit on them. Could my injectors be bad? It ran rough once before and then it cleared up. Now its running rough again.

Hi there,

This well may be a faulty injector, check the input pulse to that injector, and also the lead as well, try some good quality fuel system cleaner as well, start here.
