Turn Signal Flasher

I have a 2001 nissan frontier, It has about 110,000 miles on it. It is a 4 cylnder. I need to replace the turn signal flasher, I know it is supposed to be under the dashboard, but I still can't find it.

It's called the combination flasher unit, it's behind the center of the dash.
