On my nissan frontier 2003, the stick that comes out of the steering column that controls the lights and signals is loose. right now the stick can be moved foward and backward freely without any clicking through the different modes or any physical indication of position change. The issue is that when it is pulled backward the lights go on and because it moves freely it ends up in the position just by moving it up and down through use of the signal, and I've left the lights on because of this and had my battery run down. I'd like to know if this is an easy fix that I can do myself and if so what would I need.
