2000 Nissan Frontier Turn Signal not working

My 2000 Nissan does not work. Left turn signal DOES work. But not the right turn signal. When I go to turn right and I flip the turn signal to the right. It makes a fast steady blinker sound.I have replaced the bulb but it burned out again. Any ideas?

If something is burning out the bulb then there is some issues with the wiring or the bulb housing. Suggest replacing all bulbs and ensure wiring is connected with no damage
