I have a 2003 nissan altima.I have 20' rims on it and I just went in a pot hole and bent the rim.I had the rim fixed and it looks like it was never bent. But now when I go about 50 and more when I put on the brakes the steeering wheel shakes. Can it be they did not balance that tire or wheel alingmnet is needed?

That they never re-balanced the tire (which would need to be done definitely) Or there is damage to the tire itself from hitting the pothole (you may start to see a 'bubble' appear as time goes on or the steel belt inside may have been damaged)

Or, the pothole also damaged part of your front suspension as well.
