2003 Nissan Altima Noise's inside Car

When my car is at a idle you hear a noise inside the car,but when you get out and listen to the engine it sounds fine. It almost sounds like a deep tapping or a vibration inside the car coming from engine any ideas?

check for exhaust heat shield rattling on exhaust. very common
