2002 Nissan Altima starts then idles rough

Hi, once in awhile when you start the engine it will idle rough untill you step on the throttle then it runs fine, any ideas will help THANKS.

There is a recall for three sensors and a tech bulliten for performing an idle relearn proceedure, unfortunatly the relearn requires a Consult II Nissan scantool to do, so a trip to the dealer is in order. I will email both documents to you.
