2002 Nissan Altima o2 sensors

I have just replaced my catallic converter now my car feels like it wants to bog down, and absoulty no power. Do I replace the o2 sensors? Also there are 2 that plug into the cat. so what is the differance they both have differant look plugs into the cat? Do u think this is the problem
